The origins of the energy arts, born from the observation of the forces of life, date back to the dawn of time.

An age-old philosophy of the utmost relevance and still relevant today, the alternation of Yin and Yang (the internal and external) puts into action the original breath present in all things.The practice of internal energy arts refines perception.The gestures are fluid and conscious.In letting go, movement does not require 'more' activity, it is 'less' that is needed.

 'As soon as life appears, it is conditioned by the internal-external principle, the yin-yang.

Tuning into it is a guarantee of prosperity, of essential anchoring in reality.'

BODY POSTURE

In the first sense, the term "posture" refers to the reality of the body: a posture is an attitude, a way of holding oneself, of placing one's body, one's limbs.

This initial meaning is very immediately linked to the situation in which this attitude takes place.

It is a matter of body gestures and attitude, but also a matter of self-presentation.

Through a game of textual mimicry, participants will be confronted with poetic forms from which they will have to draw inspiration and insert their own emotions and/or imagination.

FM Alexander

This technique teaches the ability to make a new choice about how to move, going beyond established habitual patterns.

Alexander Technique is usually taught in the form of one-on-one lessons with a teacher using hand contact and verbal instructions.

The Alexander Technique is a method of education and is not a relaxation technique or a form of exercise.

The technique is named after Frederick Matthias Alexander, an Australian actor who began formulating its principles between 1890 and 1901.

Eutony

Eutonia is a personal hygiene practice invented in Denmark by Gerda Alexander between the 1940s and 1980s.

Thanks to certain doctors, interested in the effects of eutony, she will make you discover what bringing awareness of the body, physical and mental relaxation and improved execution of movements.

Originally an artist, Gerda Alexander became interested in body preparation and maintaining the health and physical comfort of the dancers of the Danish National Radio Symphony Orchestra.

She will be able to interest them in eutony as a pedagogy to free and prevent their body from pain and tension due to the exercise of their art.
